GrapefruitThe name “grapefruit” refers to the fruit growing in clusters, much like grapes. Known for its tart, slightly bitter flavour, grapefruit is the round yellow-orange fruit of an evergreen citrus tree. Grapefruit essential oil is extracted from the outer peel of the fruit and is valued for its many uses, beneficial properties, fresh aroma and distinctive taste.

Lemon: Lemon, one of dōTERRA’s most popular essential oils, has many benefits and uses. It is often used in cooking to accent the flavours of desserts and main dishes. The aroma of Lemon essential oil is uplifting and energising.

MelissaOne of our rarest and most precious oils, Melissa essential oil offers a wide range of benefits and uses. Because of its positive effects on mood, it has long been used topically to help calm heightened emotions. Also known as lemon balm, Melissa has a sweet, fresh, citrus aroma that was traditionally believed to attract bees. This is the origin of the name “Melissa”, which means “bee” in Greek.

Directions for Use

For massage, mix 5 drops with 10 ml carrier oil. For a bath, mix 5 drops with 5 ml carrier oil. As a perfume, mix 1 drop with 10 drops carrier oil. For external use only.
