Ingredients:

Oregano: Oregano has been regarded for centuries as one of the most powerful and beneficial essential oils. It appears in countless cookbooks and spice collections around the world, as its rich flavor complements the cuisines of many cultures. The essential oil is obtained from the plant’s fragrant leaves. The primary chemical constituent of Oregano essential oil is carvacrol, a phenol derivative that makes it one of the most versatile and potent essential oils. Dilute Oregano essential oil with a carrier oil before applying it to the skin.

Tea Tree: Tea Tree essential oil, often referred to as “melaleuca,” contains more than 92 different compounds and offers remarkable topical uses. Australian Aboriginal peoples used tea tree leaves for centuries, crushing them into a paste and applying it directly to the skin for a cooling effect. Tea Tree is best known for its cleansing and purifying properties. It helps keep nails and skin looking clean and cared for and supports a healthy-looking complexion. It is also often used to soothe occasional skin irritations and calm the skin.

Lemon: Lemon, one of dōTERRA’s most popular essential oils, has many benefits and uses. It is often used in cooking to accent the flavours of desserts and main dishes. The aroma of Lemon essential oil is uplifting and energising.

Lemongrass: Lemongrass produces a smoky, citrusy essential oil that offers many benefits. Asian cuisine has long used Lemongrass essential oil in soups, teas and curries, and to season fish, poultry, beef and seafood. Its strong, herbaceous aroma refreshes the atmosphere of any room.

Peppermint: Consistently one of doTERRA’s most popular products, Peppermint is an oil that is always useful to have on hand. Peppermint essential oil adds a refreshing, minty flavor to desserts, drinks, smoothies, and even savory dishes. Its high menthol content—also characteristic of doTERRA Peppermint oil—is what distinguishes the finest peppermint oils from many others on the market. Peppermint essential oil is also commonly used in toothpastes and chewing gums to support oral hygiene.
