Siberian Fir: Can be extremely soothing to the skin, making it an ideal essential oil for a pleasant massage. It helps support easy breathing while calming the mood and providing a balancing effect.

Douglas Fir: Douglas Fir is a conifer native across North America. This tall evergreen has a refreshingly sweet aroma with a light lemony note. Its oil is used for its cleansing and purifying effect on the skin and to encourage a positive mood. dōTERRA sustainably sources Douglas Fir essential oil from younger trees in New Zealand, where overgrown fir populations otherwise threaten the country’s wildlife. By obtaining essential oil from younger trees, dōTERRA helps reduce the environmental impact of trees spreading through the region.

Grapefruit: The name “grapefruit” refers to the fruit growing in clusters similar to grapes. Known for its tart, bitter taste, grapefruit is the round orange-yellow fruit of an evergreen citrus tree. Directions for Use

For massage, mix 5 drops with about 10 ml of carrier oil. For a bath, mix 5 drops with about 5 ml of carrier oil. As a fragrance, mix 1 drop with 10 drops of carrier oil. For topical use only.
