Indication: for the relief of immune system disorders and as a complementary treatment for 10 days. Drink 3 cups of tea daily; after a one-week break, another course is recommended.
Preparation: take one tablespoon (3 g) of the tea blend, pour over 2 dl of hot water and leave to steep for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then strain and flavour to taste.
Contraindication: sensitivity to any of the herbal ingredients used.
